Smoked Salmon Topping

Ingredients:

4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 small jar of Sturgeon Roe (or similar caviar)
1 package of thinly sliced smoked salmon
Water Crackers

Preparation:

Spread each cracker with cream cheese. Place a dollop of caviar on the cheese, then top with a small piece of salmon.
