California Salsa
Ingredients:
1 8-ounce can of corn
1/2 cup of mild chunky salsa
1 ripe avocado, cut into inch thin slices
Water Crackers
Preparation:
Mix the salsa and corn in a bowl to combine. Strain out any excess liquid. Spoon mixture onto cracker and top with one slice of avocado.
Helpful hints:
Squeeze lemon on the avocado to keep from turning brown.
