Crab Dijon

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons dijon mustard
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sour cream
1/4 cup imitation crab broken into small pieces
2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped (a few whole sprigs for garnish, optional)
Water Crackers

Preparation:

Process mustard, cream cheese, sour cream and dill until smooth. Spread each cracker with the mustard sauce and top with a few pieces of crab. Garnish with dill if desired.
