Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

4 cups of chopped fresh fruit, including: strawberries, cantaloupe, grapes,             raspberries, pitted cherries, kiwi, and star fruit
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon lime juice

Reduced Fat and Sodium Breton or grainsfirst crackers

Preparation:

Chop up your favorite fruits into bite-sized pieces and place in large glass bowl. Toss with orange and lime juice. Serve chilled with Reduced Fat & Sodium Breton or grainsfirst.

Helpful hints:

Fruit salad is great as an appetizer. Or, add chunks of mild cheese for a light summer meal. Instead of using a glass bowl to serve fruit salad, hollow out half a cantaloupe to use as a vessel.
