Strawberry Parfait
Ingredients:
2 8-ounce containers strawberry-flavored yogurt
8 ounces dessert topping (such as Cool Whip)
1 pint fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 stick butter, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
20 Cabaret Crackers
Preparation:
Add crackers and sugar to food processor. While running, add melted butter until you have fine cracker crumbs. In a separate bowl, fold yogurt into dessert topping until well incorporated. In a tall glass, add a spoon of yogurt filling then top with a thick layer of cracker crumbs. Repeat once more and garnish with strawberries.
