Party Cheese Ball

Ingredients:
2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
4 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup relish
1/4 cup minced onion
2 teaspoons garlic or plain salt
Breton Crackers, Original or Minis
Preparation:
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add cheddar cheese, relish, onion and salt. Chill until firm enough to handle. Roll mixture into ball. Crush Breton Crackers and roll cheese ball in cracker crumbs. Chill. Garnish as desired. Serve with Breton Crackers and/or Minis.
Helpful hints:
Roll cheese mixture into 1-inch balls and then roll into crumbs for individual servings. Place on leaf of bib lettuce or kale to dress it up.
