Crab Cheese Crackers
Ingredients:
2 cans crabmeat, drained
1 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped dill
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
4 ounces Cabaret Crackers, crushed

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix crabmeat and grated cheese. Stir in mayonnaise, dill, sour cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and crushed Cabaret Crackers. Mix thoroughly. Top whole Cabaret Crackers with mixture, place on cookie sheet, and bake for 3-5 minutes. Serve warm.
Helpful hints:
Garnish with fresh sprigs of dill.
